your relationship with food, without rules, guilt, or diets. just honest attention to what your body actually needs.

week 4

self-love

the most tender week, with a special guest. how you speak to yourself. what you allow. what you've been putting off.

movement

a body you want to listen to. finding movement that feels genuinely good for you, in your actual life.

reflection

support, insights, and plans. we look back at the six weeks and decide what we're carrying forward.
